Complete Refurbishment - Victorian end terrace in Soham. This home was completely gutted and transformed. The downstairs layout was totally rearranged to add a downstairs cloakroom and to create an open plan kitchen/diner. We also moved the staircase to make it possible to adjust the upstairs layout. This meant that the client no longer had a bathroom that could only be accessed through a bedroom. All electrics were updated, all exterior walls were insulated, walls and ceilings re-plastered and a brand new kitchen installed. A complete transformation that realised the potential of this cracking property.
